I will be in Florida this week. Thursday to Sunday. I think the Miami area. I need stuff to do.
Any seminars, shows, gyms, etc. I should be aware of?

What am I going to do at ATT? Train for a day? How much is that and what can I do?

If I am training I would live to do some MMA sparring, although I assume most there are way above me MMA skill wise so I doubt it will happen.
