Igor Yakimov comes to our BJJ school yearly and delivers a Sambo seminar. I believe he has some videos for sale, if you're interested. Though I haven't seen the videos themselves, his instruction in person was clear and I would recommend checking him out if interested.

He's apparently quite the power-lifter. His last login was in August, way before this debacle started. According to his profile, he's 250 pounds and, according to his first post on this thread he turned 56 years old last year. His location is also listed as being in Texas.

Anyone on this forum also post on T-Nation and if so do you have any history with Al?

I'll be extremely surprised if Sensei Al or his students post pictures or video or any other kind of proof that they showed. Maybe they actually WERE there, but by a series of unfortunate and comedic events they managed to miss Mikey and LI GUY at every turn!

Props to everyone that showed. But especially to LI GUY and Mikey. Sorry to hear they backed out (but not too awfully surprised).

Maybe it might be a good idea to go to MD whenever the new school opens. Once you have a confirmed location, of course! Perhaps even distribute flyers a little ways off documenting all that's transpired here. To warn potential students of this fraud.

Oh well, good job to all you guys that DID show up, especially after you did all the work setting this up!
