The dumb part is the people who pulled it don't realize they are silly because all they did was get REAL martial artists together and what did they do? They trained.

You know, I've pulled massive, elaborate pranks before. I've faked my own marriage. I've faked my own mugging. I painted my roommate's neck orange while he slept every day for weeks so he would think he had a reoccuring rash.

I'd call this a good one if they weren't mean about it after it was over. Maybe I have weird morals but I'll always thanks the person pranked for being a good sport, after. Not call them an idiot and say it will happen again at any time. Maybe I'm just a pussy.

Incidentally, even though it was a fakeout, I'd like to thank the dudes who went to the challenge. Because, fakeout or real, you guys are doing me, along with every other martial artist who has ever had to look for a new place, a service on a personal level. Sometimes we forget that the guys doing the traveling are actively cleaning up a buisness we all pay in to.

Even if half of these things were fakeouts, respect needs to be given every time to the people who show up to challenges. It helps us as consumers. So, seriously, thank you guys. Glad you got a Sambo seminar out of it.
