I have seen similar technique before. When under a mount you just eye gouge the opponent. I have always wondered what prevents the guy on top grabbing ears and inserting thumbs into the eye sockets of the guy below. Hell, he could also commit a hand stand (or thumb-in-the-eye stand) and thus prevent all the attacks to the testis area.

Also sticking your fingers into hobo's or junkie's mouth sounds like a good idea...

thats what a lot of anti grapple people forget:whatever they can do when at the bottom, the other guy can do even better when he's on top.
