I actually was led here by a user of the purepwnage.com forums in teh martial arts thread. He showed the "tae kwon do sux month" video and then i proceeded to think sexual thoughts about this website then i registered.

I followed a link from another forum that was following the JFS/Osiris/AnnaTrocity/Omar drama. I stayed because I liked the nothing-is-sacred, straight-to-the-point debate about the effectiveness of different martial arts. And I'm a glutton for punishment.

If I don't feel stupid, I stop thinking. Bullshido allows me to continue thinking, so after randomly finding it, I stayed.

I answered a question on physical conditioning for MA training on an odd little forum. The moderator answered with the most ignorant and inane drivle I have seen in a long time and banned me so I couldn't answer. This annoyed me, but what annoyed me more was that the lies, contrivnaces and out and out BS he was telling others was at times just plain dangerous.
He knows I own him on this subject and deliberatley avoids me, the hipocritical little coward. I could handle that if he'd stop misinforming people.

Well I tracked him here, but I've read here that I'm not allowed to tease him, so I'm just watching and waiting for now. Someone has to unleash on him before his advice gets someone killed.

That aside, I've known of this place for years and thought, what the hell, let's go see what all the fun's about :-)

I learned about this site via a dutch martial arts site, it got mentionned.
I've been reading since 2004,registered 2006.

I've never done any forum posting but i find the people here funny.

I guess I found the site and forums while googling around Bujinkan related things. That lead me to reading all the "ninjers suck" threads and finding out about aliveness and helping me put my finger on things that had bothered me in our training methods. Other than that, I guess I enjoy the general liberal (ie. nobody's banning you because you stand for what you believe in, they just ridicule and flame you to death) atmosphere. It's fun and it's educating. Yay.

When I was thinking about getting back into Tae Kwon Do, Anna Trocity told me to get into BJJ or muay thai instead and showed me bullshido as a place to find fight videos. I looked around and read the Frank Dux investigation which I found pretty funny (I saw Frank Dux on some movie thing on TBS talking about Kickboxer and what "really happened"). I started practicing muay thai a few months later.

I never registered until some time after I moved in with her and tagged along for her challenge match against some guy from the yahoo chatrooms who did Isshin Ryu karate. We both sparred him and posted the videos and I became addicted to posting nonsense and getting in flame wars with Kungfudoeswork(Sifu Abel)

Bloodsport was playing on tv. I've always thought it had to be bullshit so I googled "frank dux fraud". I found bullshido and started browsing. I was taking crappy MMA at the time so it was kinda up my alley.

Strangely enough, I found the site when John Perkins was being pressured to prove some things on the Attack Proof forum where I sometimes posted. This was a few years ago I guess.

Saw a reference to this site from e-budo while surfing at work bored out of my skull. I liked what I saw and stayed.
When people ask me what site this is I am looking at I tell them its a gut-check, slap alongside the head to the martial arts community.
