I think he accidently dubbed that video with a soundtrack of him masturbating over furry porn.

Or maybe he did it on purpose...

I am too bored to "Search Function," but it seems to me there are a few "questionable" 8th dans under this Tracy.

How come 8th dan Western (especially in th US I'm sorry to say) 'masters' tend to be fat people who can't seem to move or hold their balance ?

I mean Mochizuki sensei (creator of Yoseikan and now 70 years old) is still slim and can still kick my head off...of course He encourages sparing and cross-trained a lot :-)

Hell even Henri Plee (10th dan in karate given by the Japanese and now in his 80s) is Still more fit than this guy..

Probably a rhetorical question . . . the latter individuals are martial artists and the former are fakes.

This is everything that's wrong with Kenpo . . . .which is why I quit that shit. I remember reading something from some Kenpo advanced BB about the fundamental tenants of Kenpo (fuck, they love getting philosophical on you). The first one was to not think dishonestly, which is what happens everytime a technique is practiced against a compliant opponent or thin air. There's no better way to draw the ire of a fat Kenpo man than to offer resistance to his pathetic demonstrations of ineptitude and bullshit.

That said, it's sad that Kenpo is more associated with this bullshit than with the good schools out there. There are some Kenpo guys that are good fighters and hard as fuck, but they're becoming harder and harder to find.

Well put. To elaborate from my ramblings....
                  http://www.bullshido.net/forums/show...analysis+kempo

II. Percieved flaws in conventional wisdom of the average Kempoist

                  1) Ideology over Reality: The greatest flaw in my personal opinion in most classically training Kempo schools is the reliance on pre-choreographed techniques to train the body to react. Compliant drilling off of lunging front-two-knuckle punches only gets you so far as the initial stage of training where you understand the basic mechanics of a technique. Resistance must be added as a vital part of training or the student never grows. When resistance is added, it becomes astonishingly clear that the techniques were not based off of a real opponent or attackers reactions, but rather based off of an ideology over what one might "expect" to happen.

                  2) Practicality of sequence training: As said above, sequence fighting is the use of pre-choreographed techniques that "flow" into each other to help you adapt to the situation at hand. The problem with this is a combination of many techniques not being practical when put into a live situation (as taught), as well as fights being more chaotic than any pre-arranged technique could probably prepare you for. Watch any sport fight, or any street fight and you will never see anyone moving through the graceful stances of a technique or kata. More than likely it will be alot of jabbing, haymakering, and hugging till someone falls on the ground which then brings us to the ground and pound. Learning how to fight and defend from these situations is key for anyone attempting to learn self defense.

                  ..........

                  4) Over-intellectualization of combat: After reading the first part of this article, you must be saying to yourself, "WOW, these Kempo guys sure do think alot about fighting." And if you did say that, you are 100% right. The problem being they think quite a bit about it, but never seem willing to put their theories to the test and will instead engage you in a game of mental sparring, which brings us back to the foundation of problem #1.

I trained above a kempo black belt's garage for a year and he was nothing like these idiots. He was in his 50s and a little pudgy but strong as an ox and still able to move. he was pretty down to earth two, The only time he ever philosophized over fighting was the day I left he revealed the great secrets, "hit them, dont get hit, avoid getting in positions where you need the first two" and, "dont let people spit in your (metaphysical) cereal".

he also warned me not to train Kempo.

Well here's some of the quotes from the Tracy people over at SJK:

"Master Simmons the way you do both tech look quite destructive! Love it!!!"

                          His response

"That is the way I was taught you know old habits die hard. Everything I do in Kenpo Karate is intense! Afterall, I honor my lineage, back in day, even in free sparring a student laid it on the line - win or lose. The old Warrior saying, "It's a good day to die" no fear."

Either they believe this shit is good, or nobody has the balls to say "the emperor has no clothes".

If he wasn't so obnoxious and critical of everyone else's performances (which often appear far superior to his), he'd just be viewed as a fat man who tries his best, instead of a hypocrite.

You're not missing much. His site is there to hard-sell, whinge about lineage and PR-puff Tracy up into orbit - and nothing more.

Do I hear alarm bells ringing?
