How Do You Hard Body Train?

I was wondering how everyone else in this forum hard body trains.

Personally, I just smack trees, rocks, hard inanimate objects, etc and hit myself with an empty Sobi bottle.

Forget the bottle. Use a baseball bat.

Since I've started Kyokushin Budokai we've done conditioning once. It's not something I wan't to repeat anytime soon. As for the troll, 6/10 because it the imagery was funny. Also, Viking ryu your avatar is awful, please change it.

Odacon, you said you practice Kyokushin Budokai. I am very jealous of that because they don't have any schools in the US.

                              Too bad:eusa_booh

Seriously though it's great training. It's hard as hell but well worth it. Anyway, you already do enshin and boxing, just take up Judo and it's kind of the same thing. Sort of.
