If he's a manlet you can. You cannot do a rotation of the wrist on a legit dude, no way. We tried it on each other. Just about any other technique than trying a clockwise rotation was better and more functional.

I tried it with a buddy at home too and it was equally useless. He also made the point that a simple explosive arm drag would be more effective than trying to rotate someone elses arm. We tried his method instead. I don't know how many times it worked but over 50% of he got out with his arm drag trick (pretending I was grabbing him or vice versa)

One idea behind chamber kicks is you throw a variety of kicks from the same relative hip position and look. The idea being front snap kicks, round kicks, and question mark kicks all start from the same spot but end differently eliciting reactions that lead to openings for each other.

1. I never said rotation was involved or standing for that matter.

2. I am likely unfathomably more skilled than you.

3. My Hands are 3.5 times stronger than normaly mens hands. You guys likely have the grip strength of middle school girls.

4. Its an option in certain situations, I didnt say it was my favorite or the best in any particular situation
