The Caucasian always has stronger strength and when comes to grappling, Caucasians mostly win easily. I do know grappling and if I used it on Asians my size, it works. - Kung Fu dude that got waxed at OneFc try out.

I meant supposing I do grappling. I know that my cardio for Kicking does not cross over. There should be an overall correlation however if you have good cardio in one

Fun fact, but no, in part Striking is a lot of pushing muscles, Grappling is a lot of pulling muscles.
Their are also different Core muscles that engage as well as having to move another person around.
However, you could you know go try it out, and find out.
Of the single rapier fight between valiant men, having both skill, he that is the best wrestler, or if neither of them can wrestle, the strongest man most commonly kills the other, or leaves him at his mercy.

I noticed.. I tried some grappling after class with an MMA guy and considering that I was training regularly, cardio for grappling wasn't much better than novice. and all I did was resist and stall him.

You really need to add a soundtrack. Preferably Norwegian black metal, but steer clear of the National Socialist stuff, please.

I think the sound effect of my snap in slow motion is cool enough
