Well what's that matter (aside from the fact that my nieces jab sounds like your right hand) I mean I thought punches didn't work in a street fight. You should be fine. He'd just break his hand against your conditioned body from all those sit ups and hard sparring...

His jab sounded like my right hand. I was amazed at how hard he could hit with it. Add to that limbs like Tommy Hearns.. I regret he never got to drill with me in the ring but he had a bit of an attitude. He saw I was a quick fucker and always tried to outdo me, even slapped me once as a challenge and then apologized.

It wasn't the kids class by chance?
I'm not naming shit. my ass is on the line if the instructor finds out lol ..and that dude was a fucking beast.

They were adults.. far superior to me technically, needless to say.

That Total Gym video with Christie Brinkley and Cuck Norris humping the machine is, so far, the best video you've ever posted on Bullshido.

I've been a big Brinkley fan ever since the first Vacation.

Well, I bet you $5 I could do ten push ups if I really, really wanted to.

Also I'd like to see I video of you doing 150 push ups... Because with arms like those you look like you'd snap after 10.

We jogged for 15 minutes warm-ups. 150 sit-ups, push-ups and I forget the rest but it was a lot. Lost of people crying like babies and stopped.

Then I lied about my background to be moved up a group to start sparring and yeah.. it was a nice ego boost:)
    What, no burpees?

I like to jog to warm up. 6mph is my sweet spot. 20m of that will burn a good 200 kilocalories too (at my weight anyway), which is a great way to start a training session.

You should post videos of your bagwork. That's the best way, IMHO, to show off l33t punching and kicking skills.

You could probably pass the Bujinkan Godan test, with those reflexes and your innate ability to sense danger.
