Well you've got Ramsey Dewey, a level headed and a legit MMA fighter even if his career was fairly short lived and didn't climb high in the ladder he's still legit and I tune in regularly to his show. I think he's got some very legit advice and interesting things to say about martial arts. Then in the red corner you have Master Wong... Who is batshit insane... This is my favorite Ramsey video, with a far less intimidating man-mane.

For those unaware, in addition to pro fighter, Ramsey Dewey is an advanced student of ballet and modern dance. He says he was naturally uncoordinated and credits his fighting agility to the start of his contemporary dance training.

I really like Ramsey, he's one of the only martial artists who I like watching talk. Normally, I'm more of a "show, don't tell" when it comes to martial arts.

Master Wong is really entertaining, but Ramsey would wreck him.
