No chance this happens, even if Dewey volunteers to fly himself to the uk and put himself up.

I'm sure Wong knows his whole schtick is over the second he cops an ass kicking from someone who won't willing fall over for him.

For those unaware, in addition to pro fighter, Ramsey Dewey is an advanced student of ballet and modern dance. He says he was naturally uncoordinated and credits his fighting agility to the start of his contemporary dance training.

      Kung fu wins again.
Know who else did ballet? Current pro boxer lomachenko. His dad pulled him out of boxibg and made him do 2 years of ballet, he even knows how to wrestle.

Wong triggers me at great lengths.

Anyone who had some kind of aggressive ethnic stepfather attempt to teach them 'self defence' after getting bullied (themselves having absolutely no training outside of watching one too many kung fu movies) will understand.

JUT GIB DEM DA OLE POW POW PUP AND TEN STRIKE TEM IN DA GROIN AND TAKE OUT DE EYES WITH QWIK ZAP BWAP HYAH...

Please God make this match happen.

Well you've got Ramsey Dewey, a level headed and a legit MMA fighter even if his career was fairly short lived and didn't climb high in the ladder he's still legit and I tune in regularly to his show. I think he's got some very legit advice and interesting things to say about martial arts. Then in the red corner you have Master Wong... Who is batshit insane... Like legit Chiroptera guano in the skull....

I think I'm going to put my money on Ramsey Dewey as I genuinely believe Master Wong will walk in there thinking it's the WWE and then shit panic into a poor mans kickboxer the second he takes the first punch to the face.

                Very curious as well

It's not that big a mystery. All three of them are FOS, and you need at least three to form the circle jerk.

Lineages and belt ranks do not trump critical thinking.

He says Chun wins every time in Chun rules, and BJJ wins every time in BJJ rules, therefore the street rules are uber alles?

                  No way.

BJJ wins every time against Wing Chun. No, YouTube rants haven't changed that and never will. The only Chunners who can effectively counter BJJ in any situation are the ones who also grapple. Wing Chun doesn't contain the grappling elements of southern Chinese martial arts.

BJJ does NOT win every time in BJJ rules, either. Who the fuck still believes this.

All I need to hear is "street" and my BS klaxon goes nuts.

I've been wanting to share this, but not wanting to troll other martial arts or BJJ practitioners. This so bad.

Somewhere in the BS archive is a nasty seionage (?) head first onto the pavement during a random street brawl.

Worst "street" injury I've seen on BS in a decade...I should look for it.

I've never seen an art more deadly in the street than Judo.

I mean, your average fist fight of any kind has the potential to leave someone dead, but there is no "streetnique" like letting gravity itself crush another person's skull.

Yeah, I've seen several belly to back suplexes onto pavement as well. That seems to be a fairly high percentage fight ender.

                          Always a bad idea too.

Never realized when I was learning kesa gatame how effective it would prove to be at ...peace keeping.

Every drunken play fight I've had with friends has been settled by it because I am a giant with a 7 foot spread leg span.

That's why I really hope this fight happens. Dewey is the guy who will get Wong in the hold and start noogying him with his noggin.

When in doubt in the street, EAR GRIND! No need for blood, just make them cry.

Ugh, that would be really nasty. Most judoka are so trained to throw people onto their backs and support them, rather than drive their skulls into mother earth.

                            Probably a good thing.

                            The belly-to-back suplex, double ugh...
