One or two martini's are all right.

But three martini's are almost never enough.

Combined with a pinch of psilocybin mushrooms before, and good cigars during,

a martini bender becomes an exploration into the parts of your brain

that were never meant to see the light of day, in an otherwise too civilized society.

You guys are pussies. My knees started to go bad so I started to really destroy them by jumping down stairs, hills, etc. Fuck that aches and pains bullshit. Since the weather will be getting warmer.....eventually I'm going to work on getting rid of my shin splints. No old man groaning for me.

Of course of course. There's no way I would ever have more than two glasses of Martini

                  “Invictus” by William Ernest Henley

Black as the pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
                  For my unconquerable soul.

I have not winced nor cried aloud.
                  Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.

Beyond this place of wrath and tears
Looms but the Horror of the shade,
And yet the menace of the years
Finds and shall find me unafraid.

It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate,
I am the captain of my soul.

Two torn triceps, surgically repaired. ACL right knee, functionally good never surgically repaired. Left knee hurts more than right. Neck, back and hip sore at times.

Worst though is my hamstring, I can strain it in my sleep. PITHA.
