Also, keep in mind I did not make this thread. My 42 pg thread was gutted. We both know that whatever I post will be re-written and woven into a lie.
There are dozens of videos of you guys showing up at Dojo's with a camera crew. Why, all the sudden, are you having problems meeting me?
I am a fake. All my training background is fake. I am a frail little old man. I deadlifted 600 lbs....but that was more than 20 years ago. I can barely walk out to the mailbox.
Pass the hat around. You should easily get more than enough for a travel package.
We can go live blade, shock knives, rubber knives, wood knives. It does not matter to me.
Pass around the hat.
My favorite part of this thread is that Rayce does not train the blade since he owns a gun. I own lots of guns, but me putting a 223 into someone from 80 yards out has no appeal.
BTW...I spoke with Nick Sanzo (via facebook messenger) the other day. His Black Belt was NOT from Jay Russel.

He also claimed that despeite the fraud said black belt was better than a BJJ black belt and represented a higher "real world" skill level. Rayce took exception and asked for proof.
Wanker than made several threads claiming that wrestling(American Folkstyle, as represented in HS and D1) were better than BJJ. In said thread he conflated the skill levels of HS and D1, and claimed both were higher than those of actual Olympians. He also claimed that 6mos of wrestling at a kids club followed by 6mos of boxing at a golden gloves club would enable one to "beat the snot" out of a BJJ Black Belt. Said thread was moved to trollshido. http://www.bullshido.net/forums/showthread.php?t=126643
Then in a bid for respectability Wanker posted in this thread http://www.bullshido.net/forums/show...126495&page=12, where he was summarily shut down by actual experienced grapplers and you and JNP called into question his grappling experience.
Thus, his pride being mortally wounded, feeling slighted by the BJJ community and the bullshido community he felt the need to redeem himself in the age old fashion of a duel to the death, and picked Rayce to be the object of his outrage and thus challengee.
Michael, you have failed basic reading comprehension: You have replaced 6 months with 6 years. I have 6 years of striking and 6 years of wrestling, none at a "kids club." I never conflated HS wrestling with D 1 wrestling. We were trying to establish a methodology for determining what constituted a "wrestler" vs what constituted a BJJ based guy.
Remember, I made the claim that wrestlers had much better outcomes in MMA than BJJ guys. The total was 4 wrestlers to every 1 BJJ guy in the top 5 rankings of the UFC. I also discussed the fact that wrestling has some advantages, and that the 4 to 1 ratio may not be 100% proof that wrestling is superior to BJJ. Ironically, I have about 4 years of old school BJJ training, it is an art I enjoy very much. I also know that BJJ takedowns suck, and that stand up training in BJJ is rudimentary or non existent.
Back to my little study, ironically, Rayce felt that a full 4 years of college was too steep a requirement, so I backed it down a bit.
I originally wanted a full 4 years of college level but agreed to a less stringent requirement. What was important was that years of wrestling superseded years of BJJ and vice versa.
I never claimed that a Japanese BB made anyone a better ground fighter. Again, reading comprehension: BJJ is unparalleled at ground fighting. I hang w BBelts only because I am bigger and stronger than them. By a lot. I have a ridiculous base. If tgey pull guard (perfectly fine from the knees) with a gi, yes I can be beaten. From the feet I have never been taken down by a BJJ guy unless he had years of wrestling.Last edited by preschol; 4/23/2017 12:25pm, .

Sorry but I have no desire to fund your desire to prove to the internet that you are some sort of tough guy. Especially when its evident that you have no fucking clue of what you are talking about.
You see Rayce has nothing to prove to us or to you. This is why challengers travel. You are the one that has something to prove. Its your job to take the time and money to do it.

It's been like seven years since I've done any Inosanto stuff (came packaged with the JKD Concepts) or DTS (a friend of mine showed me how to cut properly with a Barong), but I'd be down to give everyone the knife fight they're looking for and get to try out shock knives via ego-free shenanigans the process.
If you're a grappler, maybe we can throw one in while we're rolling and see how my white belt BJJ holds up with a shock knife to worry about.
Soliz is a full certified Instructor for Inosanto. You will get blade proficient more quickly with this system than you would in most traditional FMA training.
I also trained in the MK-Lightening system. Very traditional....the first 2 months are footwork and basics. I prefer MK for the stick.
MK focuses on power strikes, so you won't see the pretty flow drills like you do with Inosanto. With power strikes a roof, or pretty much all blocks will not stop the incoming strike. MK doesn't focus on blocks, they focus on getting "the hell out of the way, and returning strikes.
The blade is different. It is not a banging instrument. I don't use my self defense blades for anything except self defense. That was they stay sharp. All I have to do is put my blade on you and you are fucked.
Inosanto basics will immediately improve your applications (IE ability to win a real fight) very quickly. Proper foot work and getting your lead foot properly aligned makes a world of difference, as does targeting the hand holding the weapon, not the body. I come to the body after your blade is taken away.
I also like the continuous blade movement from Inosanto. It enables you to strike much more quickly.
Lets find Rayce an instructor to make things more interesting.
