None of that excuses what the cop did though. If there was some sort of danger to cops safety prior to the slam she would have already been on the ground. The cop got mad and slammed her, nothing prior excuses that action. I also read that the cops are claiming they have body cam footage that "shows more". So if it backs their position as they claim why are they not releasing it??

i'll just sit back and hope the body cam footage surfaces after the internal investigation.

Yeah.......... com'on son! That shit sounds like a retroactively trumped up bullshit charge,but I didnt say the arrest or detainment wasn't legit. So the legality of the arrest is irrelevant.The face plant was not. It was excessive as fuck.
The cop is not a large man and she is a taller girl. Smaller guys are often times are overly rough in grappling because they are use to being at a strength and size disadvantage. It was a perfect storm of nonsense. He is shorter than the girl so the pull down was really effective, she was in heels so essential she is on her tippy toes with her weight leaning forward ,I would bet dollars to pesos she was drunk as fuck, the cop executed the technique with a lot of force for the situation and tried plant her rather than slowly spin her to the ground.
