I should also mention his screams. Who the fuck screams like that?? The cops should have shoved their batons handle deep up his ass just for having to listen to that shit.

Again, I'd say he probably used more force than necessary given the circumstances in the video. There was some narrative that she had already battered him, though, or something like that, so can't be sure of that.

If she wasn't injured (seriously), NBD IMO, but I'm no "use of force" expert.

If it weren't controlled, it would not have worked, and it worked very well.

Yeah. it is definitely the industry "safe" throw Much better than using some sort of standing scarf because you dont control the head or neck.

    Tragic police trainers are tragic.

There is quite often a sort of super unsafe front of the knee wizzer jammed in there as well. Which makes the face plant more face planty.

My guess is she was D&D. She probably pushed or slapped the cop.

That's actually a good point to be made, I mean really how hard could it have been to stumble her?? Surely any cop that outweighs a skinny woman should be able to at least look better when faceplanting her. It just looked labored to me. He should have been able to control her at will without needing to splat her face.

Yeah, but I thought the whole point of that move was to keep control of the arm after the takedown, not to splat someone's face. It looked like a schoolyard bully throw to me. I'm not even close to an expert, but I have practiced that exact type of takedown and haven't ever seen it used just to concrete someone's face.

    Yes indeed...

It can be done slower and without the face plant, or at least such a fast face plant.

Wish all my judo opponents years ago had been wearing heels, LOL!

Did you notice how I didn't make any detailed comments on that non-existent half-guard pass over in the wrestling thread? Despite the fact that I know a few myself that I know work?
