    BJJ wins again

Brazilian news site Extra reported that Mr Braga was carrying Russian diplomatic papers and that he was a native of Rio and an expert in jiu-jitsu, a popular martial art in Brazil that specialises in self-defence.

The body of the mugger, named as Leonardo Lopes Batista, lay for several hours on the road as police underwent investigations and was seen by various delegations which passed by on the special Olympic lanes close to the crime scene.

Once again proving my overall point that combatives training is a secondary set of skills that are not necessarily required so long as there is an adequate combative sports foundation.

So how much was the Olympic commission paid to give Rio the bid?? I feel sorry for the athletes that have to compete in that shit hole.

I can't wait for my BJJ instructor to get to the 'carjack self defense, pull a guy into your car through the broken window, disarm him and shoot him with his own gun' class.

There is a drill for that, I'm sure. Rayce probably works on it every day.

Nice try. If the car jackers see my super secret moves they might be better prepared to thwart my efforts. I might end up spilling some coffee in a live confrontation. I drink that serious Gourmet shit. Even losing one drop of coffee would be too much. I can't have a film record of those moves. I have to think of the greater good.

I make a blue belt bring their car by every morning for drilling purpose before they do my yard work.

I know you claim to be of Polish decent, but you are starting to sound more Japanese...

But, but... Jiujitsu is all ground fighting with unarmed opponents and therefore could never work in an actual self defense situation!! And... and in sports there are RULES!! If there are rules, then you can't treat it like a real fight!!
