Yes I have. Ernesto is the real deal and he promoted my old school's GM.
I woild give his org, in my experience, high marks for a good balance of live pressure testing, tought training and a true foundation in Filipino martial tradition and history. (Which is not as far in the past as many other TMAs) Some of the old GMs fought the Japanese with this stuff. A lot of the first gen to come to America were famous duelists in their home towns. The Pinoy special forces still fight with bolos.

Videos of class training are not necessarily the best way to tell if the club does alive sparring to be fair. My local Atos club run by a legitimate Atos black belt and part of the larger Atos BJJ organization doesn't have a single video of in class sparring. All of their vids are of drilling with the exception of one which is a white belt in his first tourny match and winning. However, I promise you that they sparr(or roll as the case may be) a lot in their classes.

I did notice that the Mano Mano place, in their vid, had a wall full of Spartan Gear helmets, so I'm going to guess they do some sort of live sparring. Most people don't invest that kind of money in gear just to hang it on their wall.

The best way to know for sure, really, is to go and check out a class. Talk to the instructor. Ask them how often they spar. I once was part of a club that was new technique instruction on Mon, Pressure testing on Weds, and sparring on Fri, because the instructor felt that it was better to have a focused weekly progression. Turns out that was just for beginners, he had Tues and Thurs sparring and cardio for more advanced students who wanted to compete. So if you dropped in on a Mon you may have thought the club was dead... In short Youtube videos will never replace doing the leg work and talking to the instructor about your goals/desires and seeing if they match.

Kombatan os a pretty big org. Must be of they have schools all they way out in Estonia.
I can't speak for your local school but the I've trained with the groups in Portland and Seattle and they actually bang pretty hard. Lot of sparing with rattan and and a focus on trianing for competition. Both of the masters running the two schools were badass martial artists with a lot of skill and the guy in Seattle was a dang BEAST!
"Mano mano" which afaik is a Tagalog (Spanish / Filipino) colloquialism ("man man") means "hands to hand" in the FMA world. It's more than just fisticuffs as it usually Incorporates strikes (panaktukan) locks, throws and grappling (dumog).
Complicating matters is the fact that every school has a different balance and lexicon regarding those elements.
Honestly I think a dude like you would dig FMA the most. It's definitely the mlst street TMA there is with traditional training tools being old tires and broken glass riddled dirt.
