There have been many shots I have taken that given the choice i would take 5 mins to recover from. To the head,gut, liver,legs,etc. the balls are really no different to me.
The balls are no more magical of a target then the liver, but it's much harder to hit.

groin strikes doNT seem to bother me like they do some guys. I have never stopped training from a groin strike. My instructor is the same way, he says he doesnt care either.
Zero mma/Vale tudo fights to my knowledge (there aren't many major fights I haven't seen) have been stopped by groin strikes when they were legal. I doubt many muay thai fights have been stopped by them when they were legal. It's seems when people have the option between losing or crying they harden the fuck up real quick.
