Mirror Universe is "Opposites Day" in Star Trek Land. I really liked Mirror Universe Uhura, she wasn't afraid to break barriers. You can almost still sense the NBC censors going out of their minds.

I agree completely. I even like the ancient episodes, where it was straight-up educational TV concealed in a time travel meme. The reboot gets all the attention... and it's just not that good.

That's not entirely accurate. You're probably thinking new Doctor Who, which is a lot more fantasy and CGI monsters.

Old Doctor Who had plenty of real science and was more sci-fi....robots, AI, quantum physics, etc.

HM posted Picard eating a sandwich and I just ran with it, but if you want to beat on the person who brought in SW/Jar Jar, it's all him.

Actually, the crux of that video was a story Picard told about a Streetfight from his youth. He had his enemy on the ground in a "devious joint lock" but ended up getting impaled in the back by the dude's friend.
