Because receiving the occasional one of those in training is even in the same vicinity as training to receive them by receiving them regularly, right?

BJJ guys are commonly the biggest pussies on planet earth. They've been nutriding this one family from Brazil for 20 years.

You know who was tough? Helio Gracie fighting with a broken arm. That's the real power, and it doesn't come from BJJ.

I know what it's like to break an arm, so I know how I might deal with it in a fight, which makes me more like Helio Gracie than any of you.

      What a tool.
So either this villain can or cannot take a punch. PICK ONE WABBIT.

I've never got a concussion from- oh wait. Yes. Yes I have gotten a concussion from rolling.

I'm almost positive he can't, because I've never seen proof of him taking a punch.

Now we're cooking...lots of bold claims in this thread, no evidence. Here's to hoping we get served a helping.

Rabbit, I mean this kindly, but you may not take it that way.

You posted video of yourself at the leitai.

I'm glad to see wabbit learned so much from his recent experiences!

I'd figured he was always pretty good at eating punches, but he's claiming a good top game in BJJ now too!

                  You tell 'em champ!

Actually, I didn't post ANY videos of myself, but I'm not sure how it's relevant (although I'm sure Cheng will have an opinion).

The first video (not posted by me) shows a bigger guy beat me and the second video (also not posted by me) shows I took the 3rd place medal for a 1-1 tournament record because I didn't get KTFO and got a cut glued shut just in time to get on the platform for my 2nd fight, helmet in hand and ready for action.

I would have done better in my 2nd fight. I was more aware and prepared and my opponent was smaller and lighter. I was very disappointed being told I would win by forfeit. I even apologized to Milton (blue) the next day for how things turned out, but they would not let him fight. He showed up concussion and all, to take 4th with honor.

So, thanks for proving me right, someone bigger with more training will usually destroy someone smaller with less training, just like Dale said.

Bravo and thanks for the assist.

I learned you are a relative nothing and your opinion means less than nothing.

By saying "yes" to the question of: "Can you mount a BJJ guy to hand out those punches?", I was clearly not claiming I was good at BJJ.

Yet I can mount you, and punch your fucking face in Chen. And you know it.

Sincerely, respect on stepping out of the comfort zone

But that wasn't size. That was inferior prep. You were not ready and got your bell rung.

No disrespect, I've been there, but don't blame the 10 pounds the guy had on you. That doesn't mean much north of 205.

I like Dale, but if he thinks Judo training a while ago and a 100 lbs advantage has prepared him for a contemporary leg lock game he is in for a world of surprise.

I totally agree. For him it was 10 lbs + easily 10x the training over the previous 12 months. His next opponent had 50 lbs on him and trained for 2 years straight, and hey, the rest is history. It all makes sense.

Not that anyone is (...), but come on, anyone trying to troll me over the video is wasting their time. I'm emotionally impervious to being trolled for taking part in such a great learning experience before, during, and after. I do wish I had more time to prepare...total prep time, about 4 months of not enough.

My kids saw that whenever I had 10 seconds to return to my line, I got there in 2 or 3.

I might as well be the Avatar in their eyes. I just have master Earthbending...

Dude he can crush your face in, no matter how good your contemporary leg lock game is.

In fact I'll bet you can't even leg lock either of us with those little arms of yours, my legs are like smokestacks of cast iron. I could probably crush you like an anaconda with my "iron guard technique".

Dale's are probably made of some exotic, arcane ore he discovered in a remote rainforest, and then smelted in his shop.

Please explain how you'd get and maintain mount without being better at BJJ?
It's not like you have other/sufficient grappling experience to draw upon.

You come right out of a comic book.
