    Greetings from Copenhagen!

    Good evening,

    Just thought I would stop by and give a short hello and introduction.

    Recently started training Kung Fu at Amager Kung Fu Skole (School) here in Copenhagen and it has been rather enjoyable (and rather painful) thus far. I have previous experience boxing (three years), so it comes as quite a shock to the body having to use my legs a lot more than I am used to, especially kicking. Any tips on lessening this shock to the system would be appreciated, though of course my school provides ideas and info regarding stretching, not trying to exceed my limits too quickly etc.

    Looking forward to gaining more knowledge, advice and information here in the forums.
