Saw some weapon vids posted which I think were intended to make the point that WC is about more than just empty hand. But I don't see any reason their weapons training should be held to a different standard than their empty hand. How does it do sparring? How would it fair against HEMA in sparring, or Dog Brothers/FMA in sparring? Is it realistic? Does it work? Those questions are just as legit as asking how (empty hand) WC does in MMA or kickboxing.

Are their any WC wins in K1?
I have seen TDK win in K1.
    TDK > WC?

    Another good (underrated, overlooked) video.

Now, I know less than shit about wing chun trapping principles and kung fu lineage, and while I'm sure such knowledge would greatly enhance my general well-being, I don't care. What I do understand is a dude taking a nap on the canvas, and the fact that the trapping that put him there looks nothing like what we've seen in chun trapping drills.
That was a clear demonstration of American Kempo Karate's Dragon Elbow. The MT man clearly demonstrated the internal power principles of Tai Chi and Bruce Lee's short power (or one inch punch) remarkably well for being a sport fighter.

Kind of. You need to time it really well to pull it off. If you do manage it, it looks really cool though.

Now compare that to this Sean Obasi video.

Is it Wing Chun? Don't know but I liked it especially when Obasi gets the wicked arm lock.

It's hard for me to just think of Wing Chun in terms of only boxing.
