I actually went back to the U.S. for the holidays and surgery. My problem is that my throat currently feels like I gave Thanos a blowjob, so eating food is challenging. I'm probably going to enter full bulk mode as soon as I finish healing and return to Germany. I just hope I don't lose too much more weight during the next week. At this rate I wouldn't be surprised if I hit 125.

Also, you made me google image search Thanos. The only comic books I've ever read in my life was Donald Duck when I was nine years old.

The worst (read: only) medical situation I've ever gone through was a knife-related accident when I was eight that required two stitches on my left hand, so I can't say I know what you're going through or whatever, but I raise my Julmust to you all the same.

In comic stuff, I highly recommend the older Marvel stuff. The Chris Claremont/Joe Byrne run of Uncanny X-Men, Iron Man Demon in a Bottle/Armor Wars, and the Infinity Saga are all great.
