    Yet another anti-guard video

    This one is awesome!

I do have to give them some credit it "might" work if you had a decent enough ground fighting base and leg lock game to use it.

Once again though if you where skilled enough to make this work you would have many many more better options.

I think Plasma may've posted this one already, mate.

However, it did remind me what great comedy these vids make.
"So, yeah, Zen teachers may well insult you, work you to the bone, hit you with sticks, shout verbal abuse at you, and punch the shit out of you.
And when the shit's been punched out of you, you might just find that you're far better-off without it." - Vieux Normand

"So in short, BJJ wins again. BJJ, and chainmail." - TheMightyMcClaw

"On bullshido, your opinions are not sacred, neither are your feelings." - Scrapper

"You entered the lions' den. Don't bitch if you get eaten." - danniboi07

"Needless to say, it's much easier to clear a bunch of drunk kids out of your house when you're yelling GTFO and carrying a samurai sword." - DerAuslander

"Eventually, I realized it doesn't matter what art you train, what matters is the method in which you train. Training in an alive manner, under skilled and qualified instruction, is the single most important aspect of gaining martial skill. All else is window dressing." - JNP : Saying it how it is!

Omega has demonstrated a much better version of a similar move in a video he has posted here before.
Shut the hell up and train.

I know very little about grappling so this might be a stupid question but...when Hayes leans back to throw his leg over the guy in the guard, it looks like Hayes leaves his right arm extended, so isn't that an invitation for the other to drop guard and take the arm? I just don't see this technique working against someone who has decent grappling skills, but then again, as I said, I don't know much about grappling. My perception might be off and my opinion of no value.

More to the point, if someone is going to lean that far back in your guard, before they've had a chance to post up and lift a leg over they've invited you to situp and bump your guard into a mount.

This move works just fine. Do it all the time. Most BJJ guyscan't do a thing to stop it.

Are you admitting to doing the terrible version in this video?

The enthusiastic oohs and aahs by the ninja audience upon seeing a half crab was my favorite part.

I remember as kid I wanted to be a ninja. I was fascinated with Revenge of the Ninja, Enter the Ninja. I read most of Stephen Haye's books and Hatsumis sensei's from the local library. I'm glad I don't believe in that crap anymore.

One YT commenter hit the nail on the head regarding this Self Defense Training for Women video -- "Endorsed by Lloyd Irvin."

Ninjutsu totally works. If you're ever attacked by a narcoleptic who falls asleep with his arm hanging out there after he throws a punch you could totally own him with your ninja skills... Assuming that punch was a lunge punch. I mean if it was- say- a right cross where his punching foot wasn't forward that might be an issue, sleeping opponent or no. But really you're just not giving Hatsumi and his fat white followers a fair shake!
