    Welcome Rarius - to Bullshido and to the club of fighters/MA students over 30! :-)

    Enjoy your stay and I recommend starting a log in our Training log section, it is a useful tool to record and compare your progress.

    You're also right about the girls, the only snag about them is that it's really difficult to get many of them interested in doing martial arts of any sort, lol.
