    Just wanted to introduce myself. I am Meli ... train in Muay thai, Silat and FMA. Well actually trying to get back into training ... I hurt my back competing in crossfit 1.5 years ago and been taking it slow .. but I do have a passion for the arts I study. I recently moved to Ottawa , Ont and looking for advice on where to train ..

          Yo, waddup. I wanna hear more about that Crossfit shit. How long were you into it for? Did you like that shit? What kind of gains did you make? Do you still do that shit from time to time?
