Since it must be so different to the Buj in Tasmania?
    I'm not buying it.

The techniques are the techniques are the techniques.
Besides, in the Early 90's BBT schools were mostly ex RBWI schools anyway.

The same ninja fantasy by a different name.

I don't know about Tassie. Never been there.
I am talking about Melbourne. If you didn't then you simply do not know.

Did you actually try and say 90's booj was different? Holy crap, that's a first for me. Wow, the world changes. I have NEVER heard anyone try to say anything above the 70's is "the real." I mean anything 80's + isn't old enough in the Martial Arts World I know.

I apologize if you meant 1890's.

Ironically, Bussey's fantasy bullshit is actually more useful than Hatsumi's.
You wouldn't be the first person to claim that [insert useless art here] when trained at [insert random location here] is actually good.

The onus is on you to provide evidence that Buj is effective, not on anyone else to disprove it.

            It is Fake,

As per post #43, Bujinkan is not worth knowing.

But you do raise a interesting point, even though your taking the "piss out of me".

I wonder what is was like back in the 1890's? I guess we will never know.

              Coiln,

I agree totally, the onus is on me.

As per post #2, this was known long before you ranted or posted.

Never ever heard this quote. Also you are absolutely wrong. I am serious. I have never heard the 90's used as an appeal to Martial Arts Authority.

                  It is fake,

I appreciate your time and everyone here's time. I have learnt a lot.

                  Ok another theory:

What if, all the Shinobi were in fact Samurai? and that of course Samurai children were brought up with several Martial Arts? And Ninjutsu was only taught to a few of the Lords Samurai?
So in essence we have a solid base from childhood, then simply given extra techniques? And was never meant to be anything more.

                  Just a theory.

Bujinkan in isolation is just a cluster f%&#.

Thanks guys, I really do appreciate you help. I did not come here for a "Bujinkan love fest", I came here for real opinion, no holds bar.

You really have helped me move forward some theories.

BTW, I will be returning to Kyokushin and try to chase my Shodan. And hopefully find a good Judo.
But I still have some theories to explore with the scrolls that Hatsumi has.
I personally think that Hatsumi has completely missed the point. (Although he is laughing at all of us, all the way to the bank.)

Thanks again, I'll try to keep up with the posting.

                          Colin,

                          LOL

EDIT: I was thinking more of the "Dragon scroll" from Kungfu panda.

Actually, Hatsumi finally agreed to have the scrolls Authenticated.
This is what was found on them:
