    You're gonna lose weight inevitably. Once you start training, you're going to want to eat healthy and, generally, live healthier. It's gonna come from you, not your trainers, and imo that's better long term. :D I suggest boxing. Less stress on the knees, yet it's great cardio and is a real work out.

      I could not agree more. I lost over 50 lbs of fat because I got back in MA it made me wanted to change eating habits and then I started weight training and but 20 of lean muscle mass and I am addicted and so much healthier lowe BP cholest etc.
