    Certain forms of martial qigong are similar and can improve breathing, posture, and strength in various places on the body.

    No, I'm not talking "chi" exercises, these are isotonic dynamic tension stretches. There are other isometric (static) forms that are very difficult to achieve without persistent training, similar to some advanced yoga techniques.

    Here is Shi De Yang doing the eight pieces of brocade.

    While not exactly yoga, they are a standing form of similar exercises. There are seating/lying versions as well that resemble yoga even further.
