sporting is good preparation but not complete

Blood matches, yes, I have shed blood in the green dragon temple. Secret training yes, would you allow all to drink from your cup? Spirit training to bring up the animal s essence can be so lethal and instantaneous it is to deadly to use in competition.

you are correct to say that fighting someone knowing that no blood will be drawn is a martial art at all. Sometimes the blood shed is internal ie the count Dante's death in 75 , sporting is good preparation but not complete when it comes to the real deal.

      Hi Mike,

welcome to bullshido. As you may have been trianing in caves for a while, I can only assume that the internet might be an entirely new entity to you. What you have done is "necroed" a thread. This means that you taken a topic that was no longer a current issue(dead) and resurrected it. If you'll see before your post, the last action on this thread took place in 2007.

The second part of this is that this portion of the website is dedicated to investigations of shady martial arts practices. What happens is that usually someone does some research and posts some concerns about claims or practices, then other members help gather more information and try to bring in someone from the school/style to give their side of the story. For both accusations and defenses, the number one thing we all like to see is proof. Some sort of verifiable fact. Nothing you have posted is verifiable, since it is too secret and deadly, although if you have blood matches on youtube I'm sure we'd all like to see them, or some kind of example we could all see where invoking an animal's essence has directly benefited you.

One thing I would urge you to do is to go to newbie town and make an introductory thread. Talk about yourself, your martial arts experiences, and hopefully you can find this website a good resource.
