We have a cd that is set up as a round timer. 3 minutes of each stage of Super Street Fighter 2, with 1 minute rests in between that is the character select music. Yes, we are nerds. Here's Vega's theme. www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Xo-PdOdwsQ

Also there is a round timer set up in similar fashion with this type of music. Now you know why the Thais are tough, they have to train to this stuff. www.youtube.com/watch?v=d4B99CQV3uY

No one gets bitchy about someone hogging the squat rack when you're crying while doing squats.

I like to be the exception to the rule. My tastes are very broad. I own an eclectic collection of music (FNM, bungle, Floyd, Dream theater, A7X, Metallica and much more), and I appreciate good composition in all its forms.

I worked with this guy (though not on this track, as it's the hard times riddim, and already finished) I love this track...gets my blood up.

incidentally, that's a fellow san da student, in the vid. He's dinged me up a couple of times...as I suck, and he clearly doesn't.

I'm not a huge electronica fan but I find that dub-step/drum'n'bass/rave music gets me to pump out more adrenaline when working out just as well as Slayer or Eluevetie. Most of the other music I listen to like the classical/jazz/reggae/big-band/metal I prefer to just sit down and actually LISTEN to instead of just having it play in the background.

                            Anyone else feel this way?

P.S. Bob I <3 you. Slight homo (but just a lil)

I recently added Annihilator 'Alice in Hell' to my MP3 player and it kicks ass (if you like 80's thrash metal). Excellent guitar playing with high tempo and plenty of interesting changes -great for running to.

Here's the cheesy video of the title track:
