I know we've talked about this school before... dunno if it was MABS or not; yep, found it: http://www.bullshido.net/forums/show...=101692&page=4
Consider for a moment that there is no meme about brown-haired, brown-eyed step children.

"Supreme Grandmaster" ? "Sphinx Grandmaster" ?

Mind-boggling number of 10th Dans, 9th Dans etc.

I'd have to see some of them on the mat - if only out of curiosity.

If it's this school he must be a 10th degree black belt to handle such shit, chaos, and general randomness.

it *is* the only claim on there worth checking, however.

It's very nice of them to let their red belts use the title Grandmaster.

Seriously, if you're going to pretend to be a 10th degree in everything would it kill you to wear a black belt in the accompanying pictures?

Under the "What we do", at the bottom of the page they, among other things list:

"Award Martial Art Styles/Systems to Innovative Instructors"

                    What exactly does that mean?

If I am innovative enough can I have my own system and declare myself the grandmaster?

I think maybe it means he's a motivational corporate speaker for made up martial arts. Like an AMWAY rally.

His 10th degree victory kali martial arts has been awarded by "the Philippines." Does any particular resident of that geographic location recall the inaguration ceremony?
