    Boxing or Muay Thai For Fitness/Fun?

    Hi,

    I am looking to take up either boxing or muay thai and was wondering which would be better for firstly fitness and secondly fun?

    If anyone has trained in both i'd love to hear your thoughts.

    id say try both and see which one YOU find more fun. both are excellent for fitness

      Fun is subjective,

      I think Muay Thai gives a harder, and more all round workout compared to boxing because of the work it entails with the lower body and the upper body. For the same given amount of time I would say Muay Thai would be a better workout.
