    Hey all,

    Time for an obligatory first post. I'm from Holland, and have been involved with Historical European Martial Arts for a few years now.

    I am also kind of a pussy, and have decided to man the fuck up and get a decent exercise routine in place to supplement my training. Since my condition really is pretty crap I was wondering if it's a good idea to go switch off free weights/running for 6 days a week, regardless of my evening (mostly technique) training, or if I should stick to weights on days I don't already train during evenings, until my condition is less abominable?

    Let the mocking commence.

          If your conditioning is really as godawful as you say, you'll want to keep the exercising to days you're not training.
