The ASA does not support superheroes...

...even if they decide to wear our Kurtka! LOL

Bruce Wayne never put his dojo's logo on the bat suit! Not a good way to keep your identity secret! And, no, I don't know for sure who this is...but I have my suspicions. But, really...there are better, more practical, and less LARPer ways to make a difference.

Phoenix Jones probably has the best costume it seems

Just imagine if they did Wing Chun. They would go foom fooming and eye gouging drunk people trying to get into cars. It would't last long thought.

why is it i find the super heroes kind of funny but I HATE the guardian angels? I think it's just because I associate Curtis Sliwa with his early 90s talkshow circuit appearances and subsequent degeneration into conservative shill

My life has come full circle... I now do SAMBO (and am a member of the ASA) and one of those guys has the logos from the martial arts group I was a part of nearly what 8 years ago<?> while one of them is wearing ASA stuff - lmao

I lubs me a good conservative shill! But the reason I dislike Sliwa is that he is anti-2a and, to a large extent, anti-self defense. Which seems very hypocritical to me. Plus the MA bullshido is factor too.

Jones definately put some work in on his outfit. The other two are just dialing it in.

What's more pitiful, a "superhero" who puts too little effort into his costume or one who puts too much effort into it? Discuss.

Definitely the former. Would you really want to look even more like an asshole patrolling back alleys for crime?
