    Taking a break and in need of some advice

    So I'll be taking a break from training until September(the wife and I are trying to pay down our dept ASAP so we can start the baby making process) and I need a bit of help here. I'd like to stay sharp so I'm not going back into training cold and basically starting over again. Is there anything I can do at home, drills etc, that you'd recommend for basic MT, BJJ and boxing so I can at least work with what I have. I'm not looking to practice anything like padwork or submission drills, just real simple things I can do on my own. I understand that without the more involved forms of practice and sparring there isn't much I can do, but I'd at least like to try. Thanks.
