    New to Bullshido!

    Hello everybody,

I am relatively new to Bullshido -- looking forward to many interesting conversations!

I am from Canada, and have had the opportunity to dabble in the following martial arts/sports:

    Tae Kwon Do
    Sil Lum Kung Fu
    MMA/Jeet Kune Do
    Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu (current)

See you in the forums! :)

          Welcome to the site.

Yet I do have a small question? You went from MMA/JKD (so probalbly a JKD-C place) to BBT...what was the reason for this change? Just curious.

            Zendokan,

The school closed down. It was run by some local military guys -- either the interest waned, or their jobs got in the way. BBT, from what I've experienced so far, has a healthy balance of all combat ranges, and so it felt like a "good fit" to what I was after. I'm not much of a "traditionalist", but we do swing the odd weapon around. ;)
