    F dick pig sticker

The most boring combat knife you will own.

Recently a thread was started on the Garrison fighting knife. Not approving of it myself I thought I would go to the absolute other end of the spectrum.

The f dick pig sticking knife.

Growing up F Dick pretty much was known for good quality tradie knives that were the staple of butchers, Slaughtermen and cooks. Well before we got all La de da and couldn't cut a carrot in half if we wern't using a Global.

So I was suprised to find at least in my small circle that the knife recomended as the tool of choice for pig hunters was this one.

A brief explination on the sort of guys that recomend this knife.
They have no martial arts experience rather all they do is run down large dangerous animals with dogs and then stab them to death but for me this is still a reasonable test for a fighting knife.

The knife it self is stainless steel with a plastic handle a pointy bit on one end and sharp bits on the side and that is it. As I said boring. But it is the fact that it is a simple boring professional killing tool that holds its appeal to me.

    And dick jokes.

    Anyway what do you think?

awesome price points from what I have found so far.

Seems to be half the price of most the POSTACTIKPOSYNUK shit. Good reviews too...

"Never believe that anti-Semites are completely unaware of the absurdity of their replies. They know that their remarks are frivolous, open to challenge. But they are amusing themselves, for it is their adversary who is obliged to use words responsibly, since he believes in words. The anti-Semites have the right to play. They even like to play with discourse for, by giving ridiculous reasons, they discredit the seriousness of their interlocutors. They delight in acting in bad faith, since they seek not to persuade by sound argument but to intimidate and disconcert. If you press them too closely, they will abruptly fall silent, loftily indicating by some phrase that the time for argument is past."

Looks like a pretty decent knife. Any idea what the blade steel is? The dagger is a tried and true... oh my god that's the most annoying commercial ever. I can't even see the controls to make the damn thing shut up. Hopefully it doesn't stick around for long.

Back to the knife. I imagine the blade is about 10" and the handle about 5"? A rubberized rather than plastic would be preferable, IMO. I don't know the price point, but wood would be even better.

I acually borrowed one off a mate and so have it here sitting in front of me yes 10" on the blade 7" on the handle longer than a average handle.

I dunked the knife in water and then waived it around and it diddn't slip. I think it is plastic so you can just shove it in the dishwasher to get all the blood hair and poo off it.

All it says is hi carbon stainless on the blade. Is that usually 440?

Not necessarily. There a zillion different ratings/alloy compositions it could be, 440 is one of the older ones (there are lots of newer more exotic, stronger alloys than 440 that are less than ten years old).

For now you know it is blued high carbon steel which will kill a pig or a man.

She underestimated the size of my dick by an inch and a half. When I re mesured it I found I had over estimated it by half an inch.

Strangley this is also the story of my life.
