Good, because those middle school girls can be down right nasty, it is good to hear that shit got handled.
Funny think happened yesterday, my kinder gardener got in trouble for hitting a kid that bit her. The little boy got in trouble to but I told my daughter next time hit the kid in the face or better yet use one of your Judo throws you have been working on in class and say he slipped.

by the way I am not being a sarcastic ass hole I really do think you did the right thing

There seems to be a difference of opinion between you and the facts.

You know this woman well enough to define her philosophical beliefs?

No, only from her described actions, which is as well as anyone else here.

She isn't a pacifist... she's afraid of violence, that's not the same thing.

The fact she had her child learn such a program indicates she is not a pacifist.

That in itself does not indicated pacifism. Plenty of people have their children do Martial Arts for all that other BS they shove down your throat. Their are religious orders that are pacifistic that still perform martial arts.
I just liken her to the vegetarians that still eat fish.

When he has in pre-school he was being picked on by a group of boys. My son was small for his age also. One day I got a report from school that he went full MMA on the leader of the wolf pack. He supposedly took the kid down, full mount, G&P, that left a couple of welts, and had to be pulled off. He got in trouble for "not using his words". I was proud he stood up for himself. No he does not train MMA, he has done a little aikido though.

Funny after story, we started goung over some rules for him as the year went on, like telling him no hitting. He switched to wrestleing the boys. No wrestleing, he switched to arm twisting, ect ect right down the line. Anyway, after we thought we had rules for governing all the ways he was not supposed to beat them up(ie defend himself), I go to pick him up early from school. The teacher puts all the kids in line to wash their hands, and TURNS HER BACK to go attend to something else. Sure as shit the big kid standing in line right behind my little guy immediately start pulling his hair, hitting him in the back and kicking the back of his shoes. Me boy turns around, glances at me, and then head buts the kid in the sternum so hard it makes him fall down and cry. The big kid then tattled on him saying "he hit me with his head, waaaaaaa"

The teacher got right on my boy scolding him for hurting the other boy and aked him why he did that. My boy replied "it was an accident". Good for him. I said I didnt see a thing.
You're a terrible parent. Not letting your child understand the power of a weapon and novelizing it by not letting him near one makes it all that more dangerous.

I hate the smell of butthurt in the evening.

I just e-mailed the Monitor if they could provide a source for the story. I'll let you know when they contact me.

Not if it encourages people to go the the ground in a 3 on 1 situation. Sorry, but an adult shouldn't do that either.

I just got an e-mail back from the writer of the article with video evidence of "Quinny" meeting Ryron Gracie and demonstrating some of his techniques learned from Bullyproof.

I gave her the link to this thread and I'm waiting for her permission to post the contents of the e-mail and the video.
