The article mention a bunch of reasons who make womens inferior, supposedly, against males in a mano-to-mano fight. There are so many variables who affect the outcome of a fight, I won`t bet a men will come up with 100% chances of victory each time.
In my opinion womens can fight and be tough enough :

It's an interesting read. It makes the argument that women and men definitely need separate divisions and that women have biological conflicts with the standard make fight career. It brings up the topic of bias with promoters and organizers short selling female fighters and ends with the benefits of female biology in a fighting environment.

It's more of an argument for spreading female fighting for a wider contender base so that there is less of an entry gap for the benefit of both newbies and pro's and for supporting the divide between men's and women's sports.

It's everyone's challenge to work within their parameters. And unless you've dedicated your life to MA and conditioning, there's chance enough you may run into someone bigger and badder than you. Maybe the sport's controls don't allow enough wiggle room
between the gap of the sexes; if that's the case, you can't change woman, so why not experiment with changing the sport?
