    Combat Judo, Long Island?

I read the review(Combat Judo - No BS MMA and Martial Arts) for this place and was intrigued. Is it still $105 a month? Does anyone know what are the MMA classes like? Is their MMA sparring? I won't be training until December most likely so I don't want to waste their time by going over there. Really I want to learn BJJ/Judo but kickboxing/boxing is my first love as I trained in it for quite some time as a child. All I want to be able to do is throw strikes and be able to hit pads. Can I do that there?

the MMA class is about an hour long with a warmup including padwork with set combinations. then the instructors will show a technique it'll be drilled, then about 10min if standup striking sparring with another 10min of sparring with strikes starting from the knees. There's more sparring, striking, complete MMA on Fridays.

Thanks! That sounds cool. As long as I can strike I am happy. I can't wait until I can check that place out.
