Rockville is 45 minutes from Bmore. 95S to 495W

If he's in White Marsh, it's an hour to two hours depending on trafficon 695. He's on the North side of the city.

Does the Baltimore/DC group do MT sparring too? I am actually from Montreal but I have some friends I might visit down there during summer, would love to go down and see my first throw down and maybe participate a bit :)
