Am I going to fall over and die?

So Im getting back into shape and am steadily increasing my workout. Most of which is unfortuantly outside of training so Im making due till I can get atleast 6 hours+ of training a week again.

So Ive rehauled my diet completely. And ive been doing abit of running and Im really feeling good about cardio. But from looking at my diary it looks like im gonna keel over and die of lack of calories. I feel fine, but will I later?. Any tips on diet would be great. And working out for that matter, I could really do with some tips on doing more exercises. At the moment its to unstructured and inconsistent. I weighed 11.8 stone and Im cutting slowly to about 10.5 (im 5ft 8). Ive already lost abit. The other goal is whilst cutting down to build up some lean muscle, which ive had before.

Dude- you are eating the muscle and organs you have by burning so many calories and not eating enough.
Look at this website and track your calories/exercise on it. www.thedailyplate.com
Your body is going to be in starvation mode with what you're doing.

Used to do about 8 hours a week at one point. And then sport on top of that. Trying to get back into it, but with this running Ive overtaken the cardio I had then. But Im more worried that im sacrificing to much for short term gains, where I need a routine for long term gains.

later on I'd add some more distance to those runs and/or make them harder, by like running hills or adding in a sprint section or day.

            whats yop btw?

                  Where's our FAQ for this...
In summation your argument denotes a lack of intellectual honesty on your part. It is my contention that this matter would best be solved with fisticuffs. I believe I will be victorious in this regard.

It is a very nice drinkable yoghurt. Fills you up a treat.

That is going to be kind of hard since you don't know how much you are eating.

But I can pretty safely say that you aren't. Most of your meals have virtualy no protein in them.

Your diet is also pretty devoid of fat.

Don't fall for that no fat diet crap.

                              They sure are protein sources.

But how much of each are you eating in these servings?

On a day when you do not eat anything but what you yourself prepare (so you can read the labels) track how much you eat that day. I bet it won't be that much.
