The following material is contained in the zip file.
    1. Bodybuilding at its best with no need for a gym, the Best Bodyweight Exercises and Tips [from Matt Furey, Ross Enamait and Pavel Tsatsouline].pdf
    2. Medicine Ball Training And Then Some....pdf - a training manual about plyometrics, complex training, punching power, core training, anaerobic conditioning for combat athletes.
    3. The Boxers Guide To Performance Enhancement.pdf - a no nonsense approach to boxing training and conditioning.
    4. The Underground Guide To Warrior Fitness.pdf - an intense bodyweight exercise program.
    5. Ultimate Training For The Ultimate Warrior.pdf - specifically for combat athletes seeking to develop functional strength, explosive power, and unstoppable endurance.

Read this for flexibility and injury prevention, this, this and this for supplementation, this on grip conditioning, and this on staph. New: On strenght standards, relationships and structural balance. Shoulder problems? Read this.

My crapuous vlog and my blog of training, stuff and crap. NEW: Me, Mrs. Macho and our newborn baby.

New To Weight Training? Get the StrongLifts 5x5 program and Rippetoe's "Starting Strength, 2nd Ed". Wanna build muscle/gain weight? Check this article. My review on Tactical Nutrition here.

The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris

Thanks for these. I bought Ross Enamait's Infinite Intensity and Never Gymless bokks but have been looking for a pdf of the older stuff as he no longer sells it.

Thanks a bunch! Im downloading the video now and will do the zip file when its done.

This comes at the best time. I really want to see the power punching routing. Ive got untill June 22 to prepare for my MMA fight. Im a BJJ Blue Belt and have been doing Muay Thai lately. Im going up against a TKD/Grappler and although I wont have the technical striking game (timing mostly) I want to have the power shots. I can cover decently and move around but I dont want a standup war. Just a few hard punches to make him think twice about the fight and then take him down.

Both of these downloads will be great for me.

Thanks Macho, good stuff as always. This makes up for the avatar giving me nasty flashbacks to my ATA childhood.

It works fine for me and others. I think you need Divx for it though.

Try using VLC player. That plays most files.

I've only ever seen maybe a couple minutes of Karl Gotch, something longer is cool! Definately better than Matt Furey. The 14MB book link seems to be down but that's okay because I think I have all that material anyway (just wanted to check). Still the video link seems to direct to the right place.
