My fattie I’d guess is about 110kg (242lb). She’s so angry all the time, moody, tired, headaches. I think I’m most angry at her as her 18 year old daughter is so overweight due to her parents’ bad habits but the girl doesn’t know what healthy looks like, she is at least active (dances and walks).

No Sir! She drinks a regular Co*e once a day.

She makes her morning and afternoon cup of coffee and comes back with a stack of sweet biscuits, doesn’t eat any of the fruit we get delivered daily. Also found out she doesn’t sleep well and gets about 2-5 hours a day and does so in a reclining chair, not a bed :(

Sugar tax is bollocks. They should put scales by the supermarket doors and price adjust for weight. Like pick and mix sweets. Tax, control, legislation... the only people they punish are the ones doing the right thing.
