    Just do the 20,000 sit-ups?

    http://newyork.cbslocal.com/2018/06/...ilding-muscle/

FDA-approved device for burning fat and making a six-pack. Treatments cost up to a grand, and you need at least 4 treatments to "see results."

Now, I know if I do 100-200 sit-ups, today, I will feel it in the morning. This device is touted as the equivalent of 20,000 sit-ups in 30 minutes. I don't quite understand how that's not a crippling pain - or, in other words, they are playing loose with the term "equivalent." Thoughts?

Consider for a moment that there is no meme about brown-haired, brown-eyed step children.

It's better if you do 20,000 bicep curls.

It is an Israeli invention. We have "gyms" for them here with targeted body part work outs and full body work outs. I'll see if I can find an English language link later. We don't charge that much per treatment though.

I did a free trial... Most exercise if you do it you are sore for a couple of days and you stop being sore from said exercise after a week or two. I full body hurt the following day after each session. I mean take some oxycodone to be able to function hurt. Walk like Frankenstein's monster stiff.

Now part of that is my fault. Since it was a free trial I didn't want to pay for a personal trainer which supposedly would help monitor you and dial things in. Also you do have the ability to dial in the intensity so that you aren't going full suicidal every time, yeah I left it set pretty high.

There were some other issues that kept me from signing up for a gym membership, namely the add ons of cost to get range of motion stuff and not just the world's most vigorous isometric workout. Ideally what they want you to do is pay additional fees to work on various range of motion machines while your full body shock you suit that makes you look like RoboCop targets the muscles you are engaging.

I guess this is where I should mention the hilarity of watching a first timer try to walk a treadmill like contraption while his legs are being shocked to shit. In about 30 seconds you realize why they have attached safety cables to keep him upright.

          EDIT: found one

Theres a 2 step way to ‘get abs’.

            1. Dont be fat
            2. Eat salads for lunch and dinner for 3-4 weeks and shred the fuck out.

Congratulations you now have the looks you want for the photo shoot but your appetite and body wants to kill you.

I've got great abs, and a lovely layer of bodyfat...

I've gotten down to 4-5% bodyfat, and still didn't have those model-type abs, and that was when I was young, and training 6 days a week.

I wonder if that EMS stuff would work to develop the dreaded internals..

I have a Compex EMS unit at home, its good for...... how to put this, activating muscle that you haven't developed a good CNS relationship with yet.
It is not a replacement for working out by any means from what I have seen.
Though it has some nice active recovery modes on it that seem to work well, I really should start using it again for that.

If you were 4-5% and never had Abs then it's one of two things
You were never that low. We are talking just enough body fat for survival

                      Or
You're like the bodybuilding Champion boyer coe.
                      No way were you 4-5%

Don't care, I know what my body fat was and I know what I looked like, and I know how I trained.

I was by no means without definition in my abs, but, nothing like what people typically think of as six pack abs.

Hell, both my kids have them and they are teenagers. They had six packs when they were 7 or 8 years old, LOL.
