I have never had access to the BB vs TYK etc lawsuit prior to yesterday. I have read the plaintiffs testament and I am both amazed and angered that TYK and her cronies were able to extort an inheritance out of a young and innocent woman.

Apparently TYK had some interesting legal and financial assistance in this con. I would be curious to know whether those named defendants are still practicing in their respective professions.

To say that one's inheritance is evil and the person must be cleansed of it by getting rid of it is similar to the gypsy fortune teller that tells a troubled individual to bring cash in a brown envelope and that it will be purified by the fortune teller - who of course has some under the table assistance in making the envelope switch.

This con bears similarities to what they tried to do to me - SHS telling me to "get rid of my nest egg" and follow "grand master"...Of course, "grandmaster" wanted to be the recipient of my disgorgement of monies.

I don't think she was gullible, I think as most her age, she was a lil bit naive.. but we all were when we got involved.

I read the court records. That is so terrible how they tricked her out of her money. I hope she was able to sue and get her money plus back

I believe from past reports BB was successful. Probably not 100 cents on the dollar, but fairly close.
I notice the outside helpers TYK had are all still practicing in their fields. Perhaps they received a slap on the wrist for unprofessional conduct or conflict of interest.

I know someone who did interior decorating for a branch of the Ananda church, a cult in which the leader was sexually abusing young female disciples. He knew it was a cult but could do nothing. However, decorating the church didn't affect any disciples one way or another.

The professionals who helped Kimmie knew they were transferring money from a follower to her. They must have known on some level that she was running a cult. I guess money buys a lot of denial.

Just to comment further on the BB lawsuit, and forgive me if I have posted something about this in one of the threads long ago, but:
it was stated that one million dollars was transferred by BB for the purchase of 10,000 shares of common stock of COL, for which no stock certificates were given nor any COL corporate information.

On a much smaller scale, in Vermont there was a KAF corporation which was set up to purchase a property in northern VT consisting of 80 acres and a cabin. There were 100 shares, TYK held 55, the five of us had 9 shares each. The five of us paid the mortgage on the property, TYK was not oblighated to pay anything. We were actually given paper stock certificates, and the other four entrusted their certificates to the safekeeping of TYK. I did not..I kept the stock certificate along with my other shares in my small portfolio. That was not well liked, and implied that I did not trust TYK. However, I was adamant in my decision.

As time passed - two or three months - this all fizzled out, and the mortgage payments were not kept and the property went into default. MF was the treasurer and I asked for and received from the town clerk where the property was situated information that the property taxes were also in default.

After TYK et al left for California, I went to the farmer who lived across the street from the property and he would not talk to me at first. Muttered something about "if this is a religion, ....". I explained to him that I was not involved with TYK et al any longer and he softened up and was friendly to me. Don't know what happened there, but they probably took advantage of him in some way.

Maybe, she is just being watched closely for any other shady transactions, they as a whole will make?I knew these people in the suit and they knew she was a cult, or they were blind. Unfortuatley. the almighty dollar has the last word most of the time

Much of the action has shifted to Clarehoare's new blog. I'm posting here though, because what I have to say is not directly part of his story.

An outsider with a loved one still in COL is critical of Kimmie. Whenever the outsider criticizes Kimmie, Kimmie takes it out on the loved one. I understand the twisted logic. Kimmie is hoping that the loved one will restrain the outsider, that the outsider will feel guilty and stop, or both.

I would guess that this is a standard ploy of cult leaders in this situation. That doesn't make it any less despicable.

I read some on the facebook page, but I feel the same about I would rather post here. I always get lost on facebook. I can't believe how demented she got. But I know that truths are being told. If she doesn't reap her "rewards" here.....Know that she will reap then when her days have come to an end. I wouldn't want to be her on anyday, but mostly on judgement day. My heart goes out to you clarehoare and your mom. I know how proud she must be of you.

What title do you think she is seeking in Canada/ Maybe they should all see the BS link. Know what they are getting into. But gosh she is one of the top 100 growing companies, so she says How do people who work for free feel about her actually paying someone to work there?
