Conditioning, timing, footwork, balance, competitive spirit, combinations, he has it all. But he needs to keep his hands up and his posture straight. Otherwise, this should all be pretty similar for him - learn move, rep it, combine it with other moves, rep it with a partner, and try it in front of an audience.
