    MMA Training / Workouts

    Just wondering what type of training/workouts people do to improve themselves for MMA (or any type of contact sport they practice). I'm trying to get my body accustomed to hitting the gym in the mornings, then training Muay Thai, Boxing and Jiu Jitsu at night.
